Summary: I really like this printer, it is a great choice for those seeking a quality home office/family AIO but don't need one of the much larger 8700 series officejet. I would much prefer a built in or permanent method of catching print outs. Although there is nothing particularly "wrong" with the pull out paper catch, it is the least well designed part of this printer. The touch screen is bright, easy to read and works well for the most part.but one improvement could be used here: Sometimes the screen is too sensitive to the touch and when you are trying to swipe through it is easy to instead "pick" an option that you are trying to scroll through.Ģ. Photos really need photo paper: Though this is not a photo enthusiasts printer, when set up properly photos are very decent as well.Ĭopying is very easy, quick, and accurate.ĭuplex printing works well but keep in mind that this is not a single pass through duplex (to be expected at this price range).ġ.
Color printing though a bit slower is still decent and color saturation and accuracy is very good. In usage, this prints reasonably fast for an inkjet, is not very loud, and text prints out in high quality, certainly more than adequate for my office documents. The document feeder is solid and works well with no jamming issues, pick up from the paper input tray has also been trouble-free. It was also easy to set up the fax, but I have set up previous Officejet AIOs the same way.Ĭonstruction and design is very good, this is not a small printer, but it is not overly large considering all that it can do.

All in all a great home office/family wireless AIO for those wanting good quality while not needing high volume output.
